The products and services offered by D.E.I. SRL whose acquisition can be made through www.sultancollection.shop, will be governed by the specific PURCHASE TERMS, that must be accepted by users in the process of negotiation at a distance and that will be properly confirmed by the user to D.E.I. SRL at the conclusion of the said negotiation process.
1.- RESTRICTED ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
The use of certain parts of the website of D.E.I. SRL is for the exclusive use of registered users (with account) through the use of a username (ID) and a password. Unregistered website users cannot access these restricted areas.
2. -PAYMENTS
The means of payment accepted by us are Pay Pal, bank transfer or cash to the courier but with the increase for handling of €. 5.00 (option NOT valid for Europe and rest of the world)
3. - SHIPMENTS
All shipments will be by express courier GLS. If the courier indicated does not arrive in certain areas such as smaller islands or disadvantaged areas, the shipment will be by POSTE ITALIANE by registered mail, insured, express mail or priority mail.

€. 6,00 for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia,
€. 12,00 for disadvantaged areas, smaller islands, Livigno and Venice

The shipment amounts to €. 9.00 as contribution expenses for cities

Shipping to the rest of the world: €. 12,00 as contribution expenses for cities
4. - GUIDE TO SIZES
all our jewels are adjustable:
Long necklaces: they have 5/7 cm. more chain to be able to sharpen or lengthen the same
Short necklaces: they have 5/7 cm. more chain to be able to sharpen or lengthen the same
Soft bracelets: they have 5/7 cm. more chain to be able to sharpen or lengthen the same
Elastic bracelets: being elastic they fit the wrist
Elastic rings: being elastic they fit the finger
Rings: they are open above below or laterally
5. - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
will be accepted returns or changes within and no later than 30 days of purchase, only previously accepted by us by email. The shipping costs will be fully charged to the buyer unless there is a real manufacturing defect or breakage due to the transport. In this case, the shipping costs will be at our full charge. We will not accept in any way used and/ or worn items after the above 30 days.
6. - CURA DEI GIOIELLI
The lines in "Zamak", are in completely hypoallergenic alloy composed of Zinc, Aluminum, Magnesium and Copper, bathed in Silver.
Each object is accompanied by a branded paper bag and an organza bag.
We recommend that you store your jewel inside the bag to preserve its integrity.
If the color of the jewel should change and/or darken, it is advisable to clean it with a cotton cloth and a silver product.
We advise not to spray perfume or apply aggressive creams on the skin because they could corrode the silvering.
